Zaidatul Zurita Abdul Rahman

Zaidatul is the Chief Sustainability and Social Impact Officer for Johor Corporation and the CEO of Yayasan Johor Corporation (YJC), where she leads the Group’s sustainability transformation and philanthropic impact initiatives. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG, biodiversity conservation, and sustainability strategy across a wide spectrum of sectors. In her current roles, Zaidatul spearheads the integration of sustainability across Johor Corporation’s ecosystem while overseeing the foundation’s efforts in education, community well-being, environmental stewardship, and arts and heritage. She plays a pivotal role in aligning corporate and social impact agendas with national priorities and global best practices. Her multidisciplinary approach and fluency in sustainability governance have made her a trusted advisor on both technical and strategic fronts. Zaidatul has worked extensively across Asia and the Middle East, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Myanmar, South Korea, UAE, Iraq, and Iran.
