Yazmin Islahudin

Yazmin Islahudin has spent over 20 years leading corporate strategy, with a focus on sustainability, governance, and investor relations. As Head of Sustainability & Governance, she directs ESG strategy across seven countries, moving beyond high-level policy to deliver practical and impactful results.

She has successfully led industry roundtables on climate readiness and established vendor development programs in partnership with UNGCMYB. Prior to joining EDOTCO, Yazmin served as Head of Investor Relations at Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, where she drove governance improvements that earned multiple national and regional transparency awards.

Yazmin holds a degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Finance from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance and the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners.
