Vishal Singhvi leads Heineken’s Global Generative and Agentic AI , heading its innovation labs across nearly 190 markets. He drives enterprise-wide AI adoption across marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, HR, and operations, building and scaling high-impact AI capabilities from experimentation to production. Previously at Microsoft, Vishal served as the Generative AI and Azure OpenAI Lead, helping governments and enterprises deploy responsible, scalable AI solutions in mission-critical areas. A regular speaker at global AI forums, he brings deep experience in AI for commerce and earlier led AI and data strategy for Mastercard in Asia.
