With extensive experience in diverse geographies—including major markets like China and India—Sherene is a proven leader in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. She has spent years influencing industry standards through pharmaceutical associations and has played a foundational role in designing and executing Ethics & Compliance programs across the organizations she has served.

Currently, she leads and mentors a team of over 20 Country Compliance Officers across Asia Pacific and is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE)
