Shareen Shariza Dato’ Abdul Ghani

Shareen Shariza Dato’ Abdul Ghani is a sustainability and social impact leader with extensive experience at the intersection of ESG, human capital, and sustainable development. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation, where she supports Malaysia’s transition towards a low-carbon economy and climate-resilient future.

She is also Managing Director and Co-Founder of Sorga Innovation, providing advisory solutions in ESG, sustainability, and talent strategies. Previously, she held senior leadership roles including Director of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Chief Executive Officer of Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, and Chief Operating Officer of MERCY Malaysia.

Shareen serves on various boards and sustainability committees, including Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability and Development Committee. She holds a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Malaya.
