He has led end-to-end value chain operations—including procurement, manufacturing interface, planning, logistics, and customer service—supporting multi-billion-dollar businesses.

As Executive Director, Supply Chain for Nestlé Malaysia & Singapore, Salman was part of the Regional Executive Committee, responsible for translating strategy into execution and delivering operational and financial outcomes across a multi-market environment. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives, strengthening service, cost, and cash performance while enhancing operational resilience.
