Ruzila Idin

Ruzila Idin is the Chief Human Resource Officer of MISC Berhad, where she leads the strategic transformation of the Group’s human resource function to support organisational growth, resilience, and long-term sustainability. With nearly three decades of experience in human resources, she has held various senior leadership roles within PETRONAS, including Senior General Manager of Global HR Business Partners for the Downstream Business and General Manager roles across Group Digital, LNG, and Upstream divisions.

Ruzila specialises in talent strategy, organisational transformation, and building future-ready workforces through inclusive and high-performing cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, a Professional Certificate in International Management from the University of Melbourne, and is a certified Solution Focused Coach. She is also a graduate of the CHRO Executive Program at The Wharton School.
