Rohayati Talha

Rohayati Talha is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad. She began her career as an executive in the actuarial department of one of the AmBank Group’s subsidiaries before joining the Securities Commission Malaysia in Market Supervision and Corporate Finance and Investment Division. She later transitioned into the banking sector with BNP Paribas, where she served as Vice President of Global Markets Compliance and was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in under four years.

With a career spanning both regulatory and financial institutions, Rohayati is a leader known for her commitment to navigating and embracing the evolving challenges of the capital markets and banking industry.
