Jarod Ho

Jarod Ho is the Head of Sustainability at Pos Malaysia Berhad, where he leads the organisation’s sustainability transformation and its pathway towards Net Zero by 2050. With over a decade of experience in sustainable development, risk management, and compliance, he has played a key role in repositioning Pos Malaysia as a forward-looking and sustainable logistics organisation.

Under his leadership, Pos Malaysia has advanced initiatives in green logistics, including the expansion of Malaysia’s largest electric vehicle fleet and the implementation of transparent carbon reporting to support sustainability disclosures. His work has been recognised internationally, with Pos Malaysia’s sustainability transformation featured as a case study by the United Nations Environment Programme and the Universal Postal Union.

Jarod has represented Malaysia at global sustainability platforms, including COP29, advocating for practical solutions towards a low-carbon future.
