Jacky Aw Swee Liang is a seasoned technology risk and cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of international experience across banking, financial services, and critical infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Head of Technology Risk & Business Continuity Management and Chief Information Security Officer at Kenanga Investment Bank, he leads enterprise-wide risk governance, cyber resilience, and continuity strategies. Jacky has a strong track record in strengthening regulatory compliance, building robust risk frameworks, and driving measurable risk reduction outcomes. He previously held senior roles at Bank of China, Commerz Trade Services, AmBank, and organisations in Qatar, where he led large-scale security, transformation, and IT governance initiatives. A CISM-certified practitioner and ISACA board member, he is recognised for his strategic leadership and was awarded Best CISO (Enterprise) in 2025 AVAR Conference.
