Datuk Wira Johan Rozali-Wathooth

Datuk Wira Johan Rozali-Wathooth is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bintang Capital Partners, a B Corp certified Southeast Asian impact investment firm dedicated to generating positive social and environmental impact alongside financial returns. Under his leadership, the firm has received international recognition, including the AVCJ Responsible Investment Award 2025 and the UN PRI Private Markets Prize 2024.

He also serves as Chairman of TMK Chemical Berhad, an integrated manufacturer and distributor of industrial chemicals, and Wise Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Johan has contributed to various social and community initiatives through board roles with Malaysian charities, endowments, and foundations. A Chevening Scholar, he holds a BSc. (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, is a CFA charterholder, FCA, and holds certifications in sustainable and impact investing.
