Dr. Norrizan Razali has nearly three decades of experience that consolidates education services from a wide spectrum of organizations and industries including the academic institution, a government think tank and government-linked corporation as well as multinational tech companies. She has held roles as an educator, consultant, large-scale cross-border programme director and sales leader.

She has led several international award winning education transformation programmes such as the United Nations Global South-South Development Solutions and the UNESCO Wenhui Award for Educational Innovation in Asia and the Pacific.

She is now an entrepreneur at Tech Capacity, which she founded, to help people gain not only the best experience on digital platforms, but also an optimal one. Her current work is dedicated to building people’s knowledge and skills to self-regulate and remain resilient when navigating online. She is a master trainer in cybersecurity awareness education. She develops and implements programmes, relevant frameworks, standards and content to educate and raise awareness on cybersecurity for different age groups from pre-schoolerstosenior citizens. Her unique expertise has spawned into a number of programmes, a notable one being helping people to curate a productive digital footprint towards an appealing digital profile.

She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience through writing and speaking in relevant forums. She has authored published articles on topics of cybersecurity awareness education and education development in several international journals. She also carries the strategic advisory role as director on a number of boards of companies.
