Chong Sui Wei

Chong Sui Wei is the President and Group CEO, charter member, and Governor of the International Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (IERP®). She is also the Executive Director of Friday Concepts (International), a boutique consultancy specialising in ERM, GRC, and AML/CFT, and serves as a Director at TriasGRC, where she played a key role in leading product strategy and development. With extensive experience across banking, insurance, oil & gas, telco, and other sectors, Sui Wei has implemented ERM and strategic risk frameworks and advised on AML/CFT and business growth—including Halal manufacturing and brand development. She holds a degree in Business Organisation with Finance from Heriot-Watt University and is a Qualified Risk Director and Certified Enterprise Risk Manager. She is also an adjunct professor, teaching Enterprise Risk Management at the MBA level at an international university.
