Anij Janardhanan is an experienced leader in the fields of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audits, and Privacy, who has assisted the boards and managements of multiple organizations in the Asia Pacific region to succeed. He has played instrumental roles in helping various privately held and publicly listed companies to achieve levels of capability and maturity to meet their mission and objectives.

With over 18 years of experience, Anij remains deeply committed to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, fostering sustainable practices and positive impact in the pursuit of financial objectives.

Anij’s academic and professional achievements are recognized by leading professional organizations in the world, such as being inducted as a Fellow level member by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), the Chartered Governance Institute (UK), and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Anij is originally from India but has lived in the ASEAN region for the past decade, with the last six years in Kuala Lumpur with his wife and now nine years old son.
