As CEO and Board Chair of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Singapore and Malaysia, Anamika delivered record profitability through innovative growth strategies, credit risk optimization, and regional operational transformation. Under her leadership, the business launched the industry’s first fully automated digital lending platform, earning multiple industry awards and setting new benchmarks for customer experience and efficiency. Earlier, she led the successful turnaround of Daimler’s insurance business in the United States following a divestiture, driving more than tenfold profit growth.
