Adelene is a professional with over twenty years of experience in operations, consulting, corporate planning, including regional and global roles. She has led corporate sustainability initiatives specialising in GHG emission inventory, sustainability strategy, reporting, and verification. Her expertise spans diverse sectors and involves driving sustainability goals through cross functional collaboration and alignment across all levels to embed sustainability into operations and decision making. She is currently Head of Sustainability, Corporate Real Estate Services, responsible for driving the integration of sustainability into the bank’s global real estate portfolio, overseeing initiatives related to emissions reduction, waste management and alignment with the Group’s Net Zero’s agenda
